The Edna Forbes Lady Slipper Courtyard is a secluded outdoor garden enclosed by a perimeter fence adjacent to Wascana Place. The courtyard features mature landscaping, all-weather surfacing, entrance gateway arbors and a large open pavilion. The facility is fully accessible.
The Wascana Place G. Murray Forbes Boardroom and Atholl Forbes Lounge are located on the third floor of Wascana Place, 2900 Wascana Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan. The boardroom will seat fourteen (14) people at the board table, with an additional six (6) others seated on the sofa and chairs within this room, making the total room capacity twenty (20) people.
The Wascana Bandstand, refurbished in 1985, is located in Wascana Centre on the north shore of Wascana Lake between Albert Street and Wascana Drive overlooking Wascana Lake and the Saskatchewan Legislative Building. Historic on its own merits, this structure was originally located downtown Regina, in Victoria Park.
Willow Island is a man-made island located near the northeast shore of Wascana Lake. This public space can be used for a variety of activities. There are two areas available for private bookings - the south end of the island which will accommodate a maximum of 40 people and the north end which will accommodate a maximum of 160.
Please be advised that all locations of the park can be rented, and not just those listed. If you know of a location inside Wascana Centre you wish to use please feel free to enquire about it.
